Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the facility
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain a professional level of etiquette when interacting with customers and clients
- Lead and inspire a Team
- Manage the equipment for proper functionality and performance
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Promote the Clean Wheels Membership program to all customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Car Wash role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software and applications for administrative tasks
