What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Administrative Assistant position at Clean Water Testing?
Clean Water Testing is a state certified laboratory. We provide testing services to customers across Wisconsin. We are looking to add an additional member to our office staff to perform a wide variety of daily tasks. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am-5pm.
The Administrative Assistant will enter new water samples into our laboratory database, assist walk in and phone customers, take job orders over the phone, coordinate couriers for sample pick ups, schedule appointments for our field staff, invoicing, send out completed results and update test results in 3rd party reporting databases and assist with cash application when needed.
The person selected for this position must be very outgoing and personable, have great organizational skills, and be a strong multi-tasker. Data accuracy is essential so the the Administrative Assistant must be great at typing with both speed and accuracy. Access Database experience and SAP Experience are a plus but not required. This position is in a rapidly changing environment that requires the Administrative Assistant to adapt on the fly while adhering to company policy and procedure. They must be able to work as a team and as an individual, and have to be an outstanding communicator.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
