Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers, providing guidance on available wash options.
- Transaction Management: Process payments quickly and accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Membership Sales: Promote and upsell membership plans to drive customer retention and increase sales.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the car wash runs smoothly.
- Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment & Process Monitoring: Observe car wash operations and promptly report any issues or malfunctions.
- Vehicle Inspection: Identify and communicate potential concerns with vehicles before they enter the wash to prevent damage or operational disruptions.
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- Car Wash Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with car wash systems and their operation.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers and provide a positive experience.
- Inspection & Observational Skills: Keen eye for identifying potential vehicle issues before entering the wash.
