Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Representative, located in Londonderry, NH. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and handling basic financial transactions while out on a route delivering and pivking up uniforms and flat goods. The representative will also work closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
This is a Monday thriugh Friday job. No weekends!! No Holidays!!
Qualifications
- Client Service and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Basic Finance skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Londonderry, NH and on route around New Hampshire
- Prior experience in a client service , route sales or customer service role is beneficial
- Able to pass a DOT ohysical and a drug screen.
- Able to push/pull/lift 50 pounds.
- Able to drive Step Van/route truck
