Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for vacation rental properties, ensuring timely and thorough turnovers.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of cleaning staff in best practices for residential cleaning, sanitation, and floor care.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met, including carpet cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping tasks.
- Manage supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring all tools are maintained and available for efficient operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping management.
