Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support cleaning operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:• Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily work routines• Lead safety efforts, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure proper PPE usage• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current staff• Manage equipment, supplies, and cleaning chemicals• Communicate effectively regarding work orders, requests, and daily operations• Assist with building emergencies (fire, flood, snow/ice removal, etc.)• Plan and oversee major cleaning projects and coordinate with management• Supervise custodial staff, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met• Conduct inspections using company tools and systems• Handle employee coaching, discipline, and documentation when needed• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Janitorial Supervisory experience• Valid Driver’s License• Reliable transportation• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage a team

Work Environment:• Fast-paced, physically active role• Ability to respond to emergencies during and after work hours• Must be able to lead by example and maintain high service standards
