Floor Technician/ Project Technician (Full Time)

1st Shift: 5 AM – 1:30 PM (Sun-Thu)

2nd Shift: 1 PM – 9:30 PM (Sun-Thu)

Office Shift: 3 PM – 11:30 PM (M-F)

3rd Shift: 9 PM – 5:30 AM (Sun-Thu)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care processes and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods

·         Maintain and properly use floor care equipment, including water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment

·         Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

·         Ensure all work meets quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Floor Technician

·         Ability to pass a background

·         Must have valid Driver’s license and pass MVR check

·         Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds

·         Strong work ethic with a reliable employment history

·         Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow direction

·         Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Reliable transportation

·         Available to work weekends
