IMMEDIATE OPENING - JANITOR NEEDED TO CLEAN TWO SMALL OFFICES -
SCHEDULE IS WEDNESDAY- CLEAN ONE OFFICE & FRIDAY CLEAN TWO OFFICES-

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting high and low surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas
- Maintain facilities by performing light custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies and reporting maintenance issues
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Support general maintenance tasks to keep the premises in optimal condition
Skills
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment used in facilities maintenance
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
LOCATION IS IN ALPHARETTA. NO BUS SERVICE! MUST PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK, HAVE A CAR, CELL PHONE AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
