Clean Tec Outsourcing is looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team in Orlando, FL. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized under pressure, and making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Greet guests warmly and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Manage reservations and update room availability in the system
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What we're looking for:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
