Helper Technician: $19.00/hr


  • Role: runs vacuum PM independently (belts, filters, brush rolls, cords, airflow checks), does basic scrubber and extractor PM, assists the lead on heavy jobs, and keeps van and stockroom counts.
  • Experience: 1 year in equipment, appliance, janitorial or building maintenance. Mechanically inclined and quick to learn.
  • Must know: hand and power tools, basic electrical safety, following a checklist exactly, and logging every unit in the app.

Also:

  • Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Pass a background check
  • Able to lift 50 lb and to work standing, kneeling and outdoors
  • Professional conduct in guest areas of the resorts
  • Flexible hours around resort operations
