Key Responsibilities

Applicant Outreach - Make initial contact with job applicants and schedule next‑step conversations.

Phone Screenings - Conduct structured phone interviews with prospective candidates.

Job Site Knowledge - Learn all active job sites and provide applicants with accurate role descriptions and expectations.

Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with new‑hire setup and employee offboarding processes.
