What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Daytime Cleaner position at Clean Team?
A Peabody janitorial company is seeking a responsible floating daytime cleaner for various custodial cleaning tasks at various accounts that will vary day to day. This job will consist of roughly 3 hours per day Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, organizing janitorial closets, etc.)
- Execute deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required
- Driving supplies over to contracts, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials
Qualifications:
- Experience in janitorial/cleaning role is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to communicate in English required, including reading and writing
- Bilingual is a plus
Education and Licenses:
- High School Degree or equivalent, preferred
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle, required
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
