Position Overview

The Cleaning Support Technician acts as a mobile evening leader, supporting multiple job sites each night. You'll help guide team members, uphold cleaning standards, and serve as a key connection between staff and management. Because this role involves traveling between locations, mileage reimbursement is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee cleaning teams at various client facilities

• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client expectations

• Train new employees and assist with ongoing staff development

• Monitor labor hours and manage supply usage responsibly

• Deliver cleaning products and maintain inventory at assigned sites

• Communicate updates, concerns, and improvement opportunities to management

• Adjust nightly priorities based on staffing levels and client needs

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing situations

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
