Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing nightly Janitorial operations and staff
- Quality assurance and communication with upper management
- Must be willing to cover work in times of need which include:
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Shouldering a backpack vacuum weighing 25 lbs
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms, countertops, desk areas
- Dusting
- Detailing entryways, workspaces and common areas as needed
- Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
- Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team
- Overseeing employee's and staff
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, lift, pull-push, and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.
