Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Facility Cleaner to join our team in Toledo, Ohio.
This daytime position is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare environments. As a member of our team, you'll help ensure patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals enter a facility that is consistently clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

Responsibilities
As a Medical Facility Cleaner, you will:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, exam rooms, offices, waiting areas, and common spaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms according to healthcare cleaning standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard floors and carpeted areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas including door handles, counters, handrails, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other restroom supplies
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use approved cleaning chemicals
- Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining Clean Team quality standards
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance
- Be dependable with excellent attendance
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine cleaning duties throughout the shift
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, environmental services (EVS), janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
