Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Site Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations at a medical facility in the Toledo area.
This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer service.
Position Details
Location: Toledo, OH
Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours
Schedule: Evening hours after the facility closes
Employment Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning alongside your team
- Ensure all assigned work is completed to Clean Team standards
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Assist with training new team members
- Communicate with supervisors regarding staffing, supplies, or facility concerns
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Promote a safe, professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
