Position Overview
Clean Team is currently hiring dependable and compassionate Daytime Cleaning Associates to support a healthcare and hospice facility in the Perrysburg, Ohio area. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of professionalism, respect, attention to detail, and reliability in a sensitive healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize patient areas, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Replenish restroom and sanitation supplies as needed
• Follow all company cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and healthcare facility standards
• Maintain a respectful and professional presence while working around patients, families, and staff
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Help support a clean, healthy, and comforting environment each day
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working in a healthcare or hospice environment
• Previous commercial cleaning or healthcare cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
