- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms
- Follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent cleanup situations
- Follow facility safety and security procedures
- Maintain company and client cleanliness standards
- Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude
- Complete assigned cleaning routes within expected timeframes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous janitorial experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable transportation required
