Clean Team Company is accepting applications for commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Knoxville and the surrounding East Tennessee area.

We are hiring for a variety of positions, schedules and locations. Opportunities may be available in manufacturing plants, distribution centers, medical facilities, professional offices, schools, churches, industrial properties and other commercial buildings.

Available positions may include:

• Commercial Cleaners
• Janitorial Team Members
• Day Porters
• Floor Care Technicians
• Cleaning Team Leads
• Site Supervisors
• Other facility-support positions

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available during daytime, evening, overnight and weekend hours. Available positions and schedules vary by location and current staffing needs.

What Our Team Members Do

Responsibilities vary by position and worksite but may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and maintaining floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, breakrooms and common areas
• Dusting and cleaning offices, entrances and work areas
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Replenishing soap, paper products and other supplies
• Cleaning high-touch surfaces using approved products
• Responding to spills and unexpected cleaning needs
• Operating approved cleaning and floor-care equipment
• Following facility safety, security and confidentiality procedures
• Completing assigned work within established timeframes
• Inspecting completed work and maintaining company quality standards
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers and customers
• Leading or supporting team members when assigned to a leadership position

Employees assigned to medical, manufacturing, distribution or industrial facilities will receive applicable site-specific instructions and safety training.

Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, floor-care or supervisory experience is helpful for some positions but is not required for all opportunities.
