Responsibilities
- Support nightly cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Train new employees and reinforce proper cleaning procedures
- Step in to cover shifts or assist teams when needed
- Deliver supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocking
- Communicate with management regarding site conditions, staffing, and equipment needs
- Manage priorities and adjust schedules to ensure all work is completed on time
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
- Maintain a professional presence in client environments at all times
- Previous team lead, site lead, or supervisory experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
- Comfortable traveling between locations and adapting to different sites
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift equipment and remain active throughout the shift
