- Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections
- Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Cleaning Associates
- Ensure customer expectations and service standards are consistently met
- Resolve service concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally
- Manage staffing levels, labor hours, and account performance
- Recruit, train, and retain employees
- Deliver cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels at customer locations
- Conduct employee training and performance coaching
- Maintain communication with customers, team members, and company leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Previous leadership experience in janitorial, facilities management, housekeeping, operations, or service industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work evening hours and travel throughout the assigned territory
