Duties
- Supervise and coordinate commercial cleaning, janitorial, and custodial staff to maintain optimal cleanliness standards across the site
- Lead daily team briefings, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of duties
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and laundry resources to support efficient operations
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations
- Address operational issues promptly by troubleshooting maintenance needs or staffing concerns
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in Commercial cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments
- Must Have own transportation.

- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Extensive janitorial and commercial cleaning knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Experience in managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
