Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead our janitorial and custodial teams. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across various commercial properties. Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning appliances, and dusting. Removing garbages & recycling and replacing liners.
- Direct, supervise, lead and motivate cleaning staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
- Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies. Cover during team member absences.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
- Report directly to Clean Suite's owner, and help address client concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues related to cleanliness or service quality.
- Enforce security, health and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or custodial management.
- Strong experience background in janitorial services, hospitality housekeeping management, or hotel/restaurant cleaning is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning best practices, safety standards, and equipment operation.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management will be considered an asset. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about maintaining clean environments while leading teams towards excellence in service delivery.
Requirements

- Comfortable working nights between 6 pm - 11 pm, and weekends which have flexible time scheduling (no overnights)
