This role involves professional soft washing, window cleaning, and exterior surface cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities: - Perform soft washing services on homes and buildings using low-pressure systems - Clean windows using a water-fed pole system (RO/DI setup) - Safely operate equipment and handle cleaning solutions - Drive company work van to and from job sites - Work on ladders and roofs when necessary - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site - Collect and handle customer payments - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Comfortable working at heights (ladders and roofs) - Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions - Strong attention to detail and work ethic - Good communication and customer service skills - Prior experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Preferred Qualities: - Reliable and punctual - Takes initiative and works efficiently - Professional appearance and attitude Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for growth within the company - Hands-on training provided
