About the role
We are hiring a working Team Lead to help run daily junk removal jobs. You will lead by example on-site, coach crew members, and deliver great customer service while loading and hauling.
Responsibilities
- Lead job sites and keep work safe, efficient, and professional
- Train and coach new and current team members
- Communicate with customers and solve issues on-site
- Load, lift, carry, and haul items from homes and businesses
- Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Ensure basic job notes and documentation are completed accurately
Qualifications
- Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or similar physical work
- Leadership ability (crew lead, trainer, supervisor, or strong peer leader)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly (heavier items with team help)
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
