Residential Cleaner — Part-Time to Full-Time
Clean Scapes by Barlow is looking for a reliable, hardworking Residential Cleaner to join our team serving the Capital Region.
This position is focused specifically on residential cleaning. Most work will take place during daytime hours Monday through Friday, allowing for a more consistent and manageable schedule.
Position Details
- Part-time to full-time hours available
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with the potential for additional hours as our residential client base grows
- $18–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Most hours are Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on client needs, but weekends will not typically be part of the regular schedule
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Travel between residential client locations throughout the Capital Region
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Opportunities for raises, additional hours, and increased responsibilities as you gain experience and demonstrate reliability and strong performance

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain clients’ homes to a high standard
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform detailed cleaning according to client needs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Travel to multiple residential locations as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- We are willing to train the right person!
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional, respectful, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Able to consistently meet scheduled shifts
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends when needed
