We are HIRING for EXPERIENCED Commercial Cleaners in Chattanooga, TN !

In this position, the Technician will provide a thorough cleaning of assigned areas.

Applicants must have an attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to clean in a timely manner, and possess the flexibility of being able to work with a team or as an individual. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. PAY is based on your prior cleaning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains safety standards at all times, including, but not limited to, wearing proper PPE.
• Perform various cleaning duties as required. These may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing up and down a ladder ( 6ft max), handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Deliver all equipment and supplies back to shop when job is completed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or other related fields is preferred.

• Must show up for work on time and maintain dependability.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working smartphone as our scheduling and time clock are used through an app on smart phones.
• Must have the ability to be flexible, work at a fast-pace, and be able to multi-task.
• Must have the ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• Must be accepting of assignments with other duties as required by supervisor.
• Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort.
• Must adhere to company dress code, wear Clean Right Uniform when working.
• Must show work place respect and an understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen
• All newly hired associates will be on a mandatory 60 day probationary period
