Yard Technician

Job Summary:

At Clean Restrooms, a Yard Technician is assigned to a branch to perform maintenance and repairs of various company equipment including but not limited to portable restrooms, sinks, holding tanks and luxury trailers. Duties also include yard upkeep, maintenance, and other tasks assigned by the manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check, wash, repair, and store toilets, containers and other company materials and equipment
• Use pressure washer to assist in cleaning equipment (toilets, sinks, holding tanks, etc.)
• Keep shop area organized, clean and free of safety hazards
• Inform Supervisor/Manager of material or supplies that needed for inventory
• Report any problems found on equipment and report to Supervisor/Management
• Assist with the building or repairing all types of restrooms units
• Use forklift for loading and unloading restroom equipment (toilets, sinks, holding tanks, etc.)
• Assist with inventory counts of needed
• Other assigned tasks from management as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Diligent attention to safety and/or hazards
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Education and Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to make decisions quickly is based on available information.

Physical Requirements:

• Daily duties include physical demands which may include lifting/pushing between 50 lbs. and 150 lbs., and frequently sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
