What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Supervisor position at Clean Recovery Centers?
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervision, coordinating and providing for the overall transportation, housing, care of all clients and supervision of techs.
Collaborate with the Facilities: transportation issues, housing issues, concerns, and problems.
Participate in daily TTM meetings to review site census and client care needs.
Work with UR and billing regarding the site’s census. Effectively prepare and plan step downs, interfacility transfers, and discharges with the clinical and medical teams.
Communicate effectively with respective sites on incoming transfers, or outgoing transfers.
Manage facility compliance and ensure timelines are met with all EOC and safety related compliance items.
Ensure daily and weekly audit reports are acknowledged and corrected. Keep an open line of communication with the compliance department.
Understand EMR compliance requirements in order to drive adherence at the site level.
Maps out transportation routes to facilitate transportation.
Operate vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Maintain good driving record per DMV; demonstrates knowledge of DMV Rules and Regulations.
Assist in maintaining safety of the physical environment (vehicles).
Inspect clients’ rooms for cleanliness; hazardous materials such as, candles and incense; safety hazards; alcohol; drugs and weapons.
Monitor unauthorized entry of visitors on property.
Develop a daily structure for clients.
Develop a weekly structure for the clients.
Ensure completed urinalysis/drug testing is done correctly and submitted to front desk staff.
Monitor clients on frequent basis and keep constant count of clients.
Ensure that medication bags are ready each day and transported to and from the center.
Ensure timely pick-up of medications from pharmacy.
Communicate with the Clinical Director or Clinician on call, any concerns or emergencies, or AMA’s.
Sign-off on employees’ timesheets.
Keep accurate inventory of office supplies and facility needs. Oversee the weekly ordering process with administration.
Monitor daily shift reports, incident reports and complete round reports, as needed.
Demonstrate ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
Demonstrate appropriate use of cellular telephones and/or two-way radios.
Demonstrate ability to work with patients and staff, approaching clients, families, and staff in a respectful and caring manner.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
Communicate and problem solves via chain of command.
Able to recognize crisis situations and provide interventions based on training and experience.
Participate in staff meetings as assigned.
Report to work as assigned and complete daily tasks as assigned.
Maintain acceptable overall attendance.
Promote a favorable/positive work atmosphere.
Provides supervision and training of all BHTs, which includes hiring and firing as well as annual reviews.
Attend in-services and educational training as necessary.
Seek out learning experiences and incorporate new knowledge into practice.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability to expected and unexpected changes in the work environment.
Report personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases.
Report incident occurrences in accordance with policy and procedure and confer with Clinical Director to ensure they are signed and placed in the incident reporting logs.

Qualifications:
High School or GED. Experience in driving and handling patients and staff; preferably in the mental health field. Must possess and maintain good driving record through Department of Motor Vehicles.
Motor Vehicle Driver’s License in the State of Florida.
Maintain Current CPR Certification. – CPR within 90 days of employment
A minimum of 3 years in the corporate and health care fields required.
