MUST HAVE UTILITY SCALE SOLAR EXPERIENCE

Project Execution & Field Management

• Lead and supervise all civil and mechanical construction activities, including site grading, roads, trenching, foundations, racking, and module installation.
• Ensure work is performed in alignment with engineering drawings, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate daily work plans, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor progress and help drive productivity to maintain schedule milestones.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site-specific safety plans and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Verify proper use of PPE, safe work methods, and hazard mitigation practices.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect civil and mechanical work for compliance with project standards and design.
• Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and document quality records.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure inspections and tests are performed timely.
