The Role

We’re hiring Cleaners who will work approximately 10-15 hours/week performing cleaning services. Possibly more hours as accounts are added. Note hours would be daily and at night, starting at 4pm until around 10pm daily, some weekend work. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, dependable, and ready to help the business grow. I am estimating the hours, but the estimates above should be good. You would be responsible for the quality at accounts assigned, some accounts you are on your own and some will have a partner with one person assigned a leadership role

Note: everyone in the company, regardless of role will work at least one routine account. This includes the owners.

What You'll Do:

Cleaning

• Clean assigned commercial accounts / Maintain a working knowledge of all accounts in your assigned area.
• Set the standard for quality and professionalism
• Support other cleaners by helping at their jobs
• Fill in during absences.

The list of responsibilities is not complete and though it should encompass what is needed, it should be considered examples of what is needed.

Compensation

• $20 an hour starting base salary starting pay.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial cleaning and/or team leadership
• Strong communication and time management skills
• People person who can also work alone.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, ability to transport some equipment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning as needed

Schedule

• Approx. 10-15 hrs/week, possibly more if you want to venture into Scarborough
• Flexible hours, cleaning work is mostly done at night/early evening (there are some exceptions)

• This role is mobile and requires driving to accounts in Sanford and surrounding areas. Applicant must have reliable transportation, a good driving record and the ability to hold some equipment (vacuum, mop bucket etc). Do you understand these requirements
• It will be your responsibility to coordinate meetups if more than one person is needed at a job.
