In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and governance of master data across systems, partnering cross-functionally to maintain clean, consistent, and scalable data. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day master data setup and maintenance across Product, Vendor, and Customer domains.
- Execute and support data governance and stewardship standards, ensuring compliance with internal controls and business rules.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues and enforce data accuracy.
- Review, validate, and process master data requests, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to defined change control procedures.
- Maintain documentation for master data processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring master data accuracy and traceability.
- Collaborate with ERP and systems teams on enhancements, upgrades, and master data-related projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how master data impacts inventory, procurement, costing, and reporting.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience working with master data, supply chain, or ERP systems, ideally within CPG, supplements, or regulated consumer products.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365, NetSuite, or Navision.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes, including item setup, vendor data, and costing.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and consistency.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience supporting audits, quality, or regulatory requirements is a plus.
