Part-Time Evening Cleaning Technician – New Castle

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday evenings (Start at 5:00 PM)
Location: New Castle, IN
Interview: In-person at our office in New Castle
Clean N Simple is a locally owned commercial cleaning company based in New Castle, proudly serving Henry County and surrounding communities since 2006.
We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician for a facility in New Castle.

Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, windows, and shared spaces with attention to detail
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials
- Use cleaning products and equipment properly and safely, with awareness of appropriate applications
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented environment throughout the facility
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow company standards and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available Monday–Friday evenings
- Reliable transportation to New Castle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to work independently, stay on task, and manage time effectively
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
- Willingness to learn proper product use, safety practices, and company cleaning methods
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
