We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is valued, but not a requirement.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate positively and effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location: In person, Cleaning Specialists travel to client locations. Our current service area consists of Arcola, Arthur, Atwood and Tuscola.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
