Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all cleaning materials are available for use.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain consistency in service quality.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
