Mitigation Technician - (Moses Lake location) - Year round work

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute complex restoration projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
- Work with field teams and ensure efficient project completion.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments.
- Work on content pack-outs, demolition, and large-scale drying operations.
- Apply advanced drying techniques and strategies.
- Operate and maintain drying trailers for large projects.
- Resolve conflicts effectively with team and clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ensure site safety and compliance through continuous condition awareness.
- Utilize 3D documentation tools for comprehensive site records.
- Conduct AHERA and lead paint surveys.
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all project activities.
- Communicate effectively with administrative staff for seamless project coordination.
Requirements:
- Clean background check and driving record
- Professional references from former supervisors
- Disaster Restoration: 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
- IICRC Certified in water, fire & mold (preferred)
- Xactimate Certified (preferred)
- AHERA Certified (preferred)
- RRP Certified (preferred)
