Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a friendly, efficient, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Guide customers through available wash packages and help them choose the best option for their vehicle
- Promote and upsell monthly membership programs by explaining benefits and value
- Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic sales or upselling experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
