Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical upkeep on car wash equipment
- Follow all car wash safety guidelines and procedures .
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance-
- Diagnose and repair issues across: - Conveyor systems (rollers, bearings, chains)
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Electrical motors & control panels
- Chemical dispensing systems
- Respond to escalated maintenance issues from site managers
- Coordinate and manage external vendors when needed
- Preventative Maintenance Program-
- Build and execute a structured maintenance schedule: - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks-
- Proactively identify and fix issues before failure-
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records
- Spare part inventory and organization
- Travel between locations (as needed) for maintenance support
Requirement
- 5 years of experience in maintenance (industrial, mechanical, or similar)-
- Strong knowledge of: - Mechanical systems (bearings, conveyors, motors)
- Hydraulics and pneumatics - Electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate)-
- Ability to diagnose problems independently- Strong organizational and communication skills-
- Comfortable working across multiple locations---
- Preferred Experience- Car wash or similar automated equipment experience
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems-
- Leadership or supervisory experience---
