Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively, following proper procedures.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients and team members.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation is a plus for reaching various job sites; a valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.
