- Coordinate plant receiving activities, drum staging, profile access, and printing needs
- Perform data entry into Powersuite, WIN, and local databases
- Handle general clerical and administrative duties for the facility
- Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads
- Organize and maintain plant paperwork, including truck-to-truck paperwork
- Maintain trailer inventories and enter data into shared Outlook files
- Scan and organize storage areas as needed
- Create TPO shipping papers for rejected materials
- Assist with supply management in assigned area of responsibility
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the work area
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–3 years of related administrative, shipping/receiving, or facility support experience
- Working knowledge of plant receiving, drum staging, and shipping documentation preferred
- Experience with data entry and Windows-based computer applications required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable performing clerical work in a plant or operations setting
- This is a sedentary position with sitting required for most of the workday
- Ability to use a computer constantly throughout the day
- Walking and standing occasionally
- Rare lifting of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
