- Oversee administrative program and processes for assigned area of responsibility across multiple branches, districts and/or regions to optimize workflow and enforce consistency, with a focus on the quote to cash process and customer contract compliance.Payroll background a plus;
- Participate in development of initiatives, strategies, and administrative plans to align with organizational goals, setting objectives, and establishing timelines for program execution.
- Track program progress, measuring outcomes using KPI's, assessing performance, and implementing improvements.
- Act as primary point of contact with internal teams, clients, external partners, and other stakeholders; facilitate engagement and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present program updates to senior leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Data entry experience a MUST;
- Enthusiastic personality;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
- High School diploma or equivalent (required) Business related Bachelors preferred;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
