Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas of residential homes
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
• Maintain floor care by performing deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed to preserve flooring quality
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during cleaning tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments on time while maintaining high-quality standards in every home

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and proper use of cleaning detergents and sanitizers
• Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for tasks such as window washing or patio cleaning
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of all assignments
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during work shifts
• Effective client communication skills to understand expectations and address any concerns professionally
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor maintenance work is a plus
