Responsibilities:
-Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Have a reliable vehicle
-Have reliable cell phone and service
- Perform commercial cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and enhance the appearance of our clients facilities as well as maintaining a disinfected environment.
Requirement:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
- Perform floor care such as sweeping, vacuum and mopping
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not necessary. We will train the right candidates.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures (if possible )
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers(if necessary otherwise we will train)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
