About the Role
Clean Facility is expanding and hiring dependable Groundskeepers to support day operations at our site in New Albany, OH. This is a stable, part-time role with strong leadership support.
Your Responsibilities
Where you’ll work: All exterior grounds at DC1 and DC2, including entrances, parking lots, dock areas, substations, generator yards, grass areas, and contractor tent areas.
Daily
- Walk the grounds throughout the day and keep them free of debris
- Pick up trash across the entire campus
- Clear trash from the contractor tents
- Sweep the grounds
- Make sure all trash ends up in the bins and dumpsters
- Clean any other outside area as needed
Weekly
- Sweep, leaf blow, or vacuum the parking lots (cigarette butts, trash, leaves)
General
- Communicate professionally with the site lead and area managers
- Follow all security and safety protocols (badge required)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Schedules may adjust based on site needs

Requirements
- Must pass QTS badging/security requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and walk/stand throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Grounds, janitorial, or day porter experience preferred, but not required
- Must be 18 years old
