Team members will install, wire, and maintain solar energy systems for residential and commercial projects, including mounting panels, running conduit, and connecting electrical components in compliance with safety codes. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting plans, safely using power and hand tools, troubleshooting system issues, and performing quality checks on completed installations. The role also involves working collaboratively with crew members, communicating with supervisors about project status, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. Candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to handle physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of solar power and solar systems, including basic system design, components, and performance.
- Familiarity with the solar industry, including installation best practices and safety standards.
- Proficiency in safely using power tools and hand tools for construction and electrical work.
- Experience or training in electrical work, with understanding of wiring, circuits, and relevant electrical codes (licensed electrician or apprentice is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentation.
- Comfort working at heights, on roofs, and outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and ability to follow procedures and instructions reliably.
