Responsibilities:
- Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Clean Eatz recipes and specifications.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Meal Prep Assembler Duties:
- Assemble and package meal prep items following established guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in portioning and packaging of meals.
- Label and date all prepared items for storage and inventory purposes.
- Assist in organizing and managing inventory to minimize waste.
- General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Clean Eatz team.
- Participate in training programs to continually enhance culinary skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
