Overview
We are seeking a dedicated self-driven, outgoing, and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as accurately hand cash transactions.
What you’ll do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions and recommend food options.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Assist in merchandising products to enhance displays and promote sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Apply basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail sales, restaurant or grocery store
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
