What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Clean Eatz?
An assistant manager will be trained and proficient in all areas-front of the house/sales, line-cook and meal prep.
An assistant manager will also have the opportunity to lead solo managing shifts, where the General manager is not there, and they will be in charge. During this time, you must guide and lead the staff, handle conflict resolution, answer customer questions, and close the store at the end of the shift, which includes: money handling, cleaning, generating sales reports and physically locking up the restaurant.
The management team is just that-a team! Not only are we looking for a hardworking individual but someone that is team oriented and a leader.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
