Job Details
Tired of long hours, no free time on the weekends, extremely stressful kitchen atmospheres but still want to be in the industry? Clean Eatz Cheyenne is looking for line cooks who have a good knowledge of food and are efficient on the line. The line cook is responsible for running the line. They will be tasked with preparing high volume orders for dine-in and take out. The cook MUST have prior restaurant line cooking experience, with a full understanding of how to cook, set up, clean, stock, and break down the line. The cook must also have knowledge of food service policies/procedures. The cook must also be able to help with food stocking/restocking and cleaning of the kitchen. Lastly the cook must be comfortable in a high-volume environment and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Prepare orders as they come in.
- Prep food items for your shift and make sure next shift is stocked.
- Clean kitchen at conclusion of shift, including some dishware.
- Cook/prepare items, as needed, for meal prep meals.
- Prepare marketplace items such as buckeyes, fudge, Clean Crunch, etc.
- Knowledge of reheating and cooling procedures per health/safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Prior cooking experience: 1 year (required)
- US work authorization
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety knowledge and strong attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow recipes and menu item build sheets.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays for a short shift of 10am-3:30pm max.
