Job Description:
Under general direction, provides administrative support to the Plant across multiple departments.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

- Data entry of DEA inventory
- Regular contact with local management, drivers, and 10 Day Facilities
- Maintains DEA Files
- Reports month-end DEA inventory
- Works closely with department managers concerning DEA materials
- Maintains accurate records
- DEA Reporting
Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of experience in data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail – Demonstrates the ability to review or proofread work for accuracy; complete specific projects or assignments independently; concentrates on tasks at hand, even in distracting work environments.
